Job Description:

The role of a Marketing Manager involves providing marketing support for business divisions and managing marketing requirements. This includes cross-functional responsibilities, such as managing external and internal communications and supporting the company spokesperson.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Through ideation and execution of promotional material and exhibition management
  • Support to business functions and marketing campaign

Additionally, the candidate will play an instrumental role in designing, developing, and executing communications across various modes and channels, including:

  • Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned Media
  • Print, Digital, and Social Media
  • Targeted communication with employees, shareholders, potential investors, key accounts, customers, suppliers, consultants, and other business partners
Marketing Role:

The Marketing professional will be involved in:

  • Digital Marketing/Awareness Initiatives
  • Agency Related/Self Curated-Medico-marketing e-newsletter execution
  • Content writing of various social media platforms for Vitamin D awareness initiatives
  • Tracking/reporting critical social media campaign parameters
  • Management of Fermenta website
  • Management of Vitamin D Guru digital initiative
  • New Product Digital Initiatives
  • Strategizing campaigns through Fermenta's digital handles
  • Monitoring and curation of social event manager content
  • Ideation and execution for digital and on-ground activities
Business Support:

The candidate will support the business development team through customer outreach initiatives, promotional material, and advertising across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food, veterinary & feed applications.

Customer Communication:

The candidate will draft uniform communications for updating customers/partners on Fermenta's new activities/news/events/business updates.

Event Management:

The candidate will manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal events along with various internal stakeholders.

External Communication:

The candidate will drive content development for articles from the MD/VP's desk either self-curated or agency related for exhibitions/conferences/customer engagement.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • B Pharm/M Pharm/Bachelors' or Masters in Life Sciences
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/General Management from a reputed institute
  • Previous working experience as a marketing specialist for 5-7 years in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical ingredient manufacturing industry
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns
  • Cross Functional communication
  • Agency management
