Hardware Engineering Leader

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development of electronic and electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing complex systems, as well as testing and validation.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring manufacturability of electronic box build assembly components and drive quality controls. They will also make significant contributions to review of Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and End of Line test equipment at supplier locations.
">In addition, the candidate will be responsible for Electromechanical Interaction and Impact Analysis and experience in Tolerance stack-up. They will also participate in and contribute to DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFC, DFS, DFR, and component selection/derating reviews carry out RCA on field failures and implement/recommend CAPA.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with industry best practices such as 5-Why analysis, Fishbone diagram, RCA methodologies etc..
">They will also have project execution following PMP, Agile methodologies.
">Additionally, the candidate will have expertise in performing regulatory tests such as UL, ARAI, BIS, IEC standards for electrical/electronic assemblies.
