PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the development and support of our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM development, including experience with PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts. You will also be familiar with Oracle Database 19c or above and have a good understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test applications using PeopleSoft tools and technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications documents.
  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.
  • Experience with PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
