Job Opportunity: Senior Creative Strategist

Department: Creative Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft innovative campaigns for multiple brands, encompassing planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Lead a team of junior creative resources, providing guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional work quality.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop creative concepts for pitches and presentations.
  • Present creative plans and scripts to clients, fostering clear communication and client satisfaction.
  • Drive award-winning standards in creative work, researching and applying for relevant industry awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving feedback and guidance to enhance performance.
  • Partner with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media content to annual campaigns.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive and effective branding.
  • Break down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage revisions and timelines, setting realistic goals and meeting client expectations.
  • Stay engaged throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research on brands, target audiences, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
