Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled System Analyst/IT Support to provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0.6 months-2 years of technical support experience.
- They should possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be able to clearly communicate issues and problem resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Brief knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Brief knowledge of MS Office is preferable.
- Brief understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Brief Azure knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
- Brief knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016.
- Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications.
- Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
- Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
- Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
- Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate without any arrears.
- At least 0.6 month of experience in IT Support.
- Must be able to support on holidays.

- Knowledge of desktop and networking issues.
