Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst/IT Support to provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0.6 months-2 years of technical support experience.
  • They should possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must be able to clearly communicate issues and problem resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
  2. Brief knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
  3. Brief knowledge of MS Office is preferable.
  4. Brief understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  5. Brief Azure knowledge.
  6. Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
  7. Brief knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016.
  8. Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications.
  9. Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
  10. Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
  11. Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
  12. Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 0.6 month of experience in IT Support.
  • Must be able to support on holidays.
