About the Internship

This internship is a 4-month, full-time paid opportunity to provide program support in documentation, content development, data cleaning, communication material development, and consistent follow-up with team members across locations.

The intern will assist in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and presentation to support program monitoring and decision-making. They will also develop presentations and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and presentation to support program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Developing presentations and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting in organizing and documenting meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to the program.
  • Assisting in managing digital files, reports, and databases using Google Workspace or MS 365 tools.
  • Participating in field visits to program sites as needed to support program implementation and monitoring.
  • Collaborating with program teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation of activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the program team, including scheduling and tracking project deliverables.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Public Health, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic skills in data cleaning and analysis, using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to field sites for program support, if required.
