About the Role

This Desktop Support role is designed to ensure seamless desktop operations. As a member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to our staff members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional desktop assistance to guarantee smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various software applications and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical concerns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Prior working experience on BMC Remedy tool is required.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and US shifts, is necessary.
  • A good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve is desired.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring tool would be beneficial.
  • Experience with remote support tools is an advantage.
  • Expertise in Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting is highly valued.

Education:

  • A graduate degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
