About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Biotech Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for key positions, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain connections with potential candidates on LinkedIn, leveraging strategic interactions to drive hiring success.
  • Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation processes for new employees, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing Talent Acquisition and Onboarding policies and processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates in the industry or relevant fields, researching competitor organizations and building passive candidate pools.
  • Maintain talent pools, segmenting passive candidates based on skills and interests to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the passive hiring process, providing clear communication, timely follow-ups, and respect for candidates' time and interests.
  • Address and manage grievances from the India Team, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Generate and analyze reports as required, providing data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of exit formalities for team members, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all data, information, reports, and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition expertise, with a proven track record of driving successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Adept at data analysis and metrics, with experience generating and interpreting reports to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
