Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager for Commercial Properties at GOGINIE AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for:

1. Client Acquisition and Prospecting:

     Identify potential clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors, through various channels such as referrals, lead generation, and networking.

     Prospect for new business by attending open houses, industry events, and community activities.

     Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their real estate needs and preferences.

     Respond to inquiries and provide information about available properties, financing options, and the overall real estate market.

2. Property Marketing and Promotion:

     Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads.

     Create compelling property listings with accurate and engaging descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.

     Conduct site visits to showcase properties to interested parties.

3. Client Relationship Management:

     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and guiding them throughout the buying or selling process.

     Conduct thorough needs assessments to match clients with suitable properties or prospective buyers.

4. Market and Competitive Analysis:

     Conduct comparative market analyses to determine accurate property pricing and assist clients in making informed decisions.

     Gather and analyze data on recent property sales, market conditions, and financing options to provide clients with valuable insights.

5. Transaction Management:

     Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

     Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and financing processes with relevant parties.

     Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.

6. Professional Development:

     Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities, industry training, and staying informed about market trends and changes.

     Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure ethical and compliant business conduct.

     Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to share experiences, exchange market insights, and collaborate with colleagues.

7. Goal Achievement and Reporting:

     Set personal sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.

     Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM systems or tools.

     Prepare regular sales reports and updates to share with management, highlighting progress toward sales goals and key performance indicators.

8. Travelling:

     As a Sales Manager, you will be required to travel across the Gujarat Territory, covering approximately 8-10 days in a month.
