We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Rural Banking Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with rural banking accounts and providing exceptional service to customers.

About the Role:
The role entails mapping household needs in villages and areas allocated, conducting end-user checks post disbursal of loans, and achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets. You will also assess and evaluate client needs, generate new sources of revenue through cross sell opportunities, and contribute to penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generations and account opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and areas allocated.
• Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets.
• Assess and evaluate client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities.
• Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generations and account opening.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering or Management.
• 0-2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
