Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing workflows on a timely basis with precision as per the requirements.
  • You will coordinate with product managers to translate their queries into actionable Adobe campaign workflows.
  • You will leverage technical and programming skills like Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel to drive business outcomes.
  • You will work collaboratively as a team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • You will develop and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including JavaScript.
  • You will monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure communications are executed correctly.
  • You will manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools such as SQL, Adobe Campaign.
  • You will analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
  • You will drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic. Banking experience would be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Analytical skills and ability to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements and outline business benefits.
  • Ability to apply data program techniques and procedures.
