We are seeking a talented and passionate Visual Communication Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms while maintaining consistency with the brand's identity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all digital and print media.
- Create compelling and effective designs, logos, banners, brochures, advertisements, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, industry standards, and social media best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and deliver on creative briefs.
- Excellent conceptual thinking, typography, and layout design skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across a range of formats and media.
