Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying predictive analytics models.

Responsibilities
  1. Collect and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
  2. Develop and train complex machine learning models using regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and business workflows.
  4. Stay current with emerging trends in machine learning and deep learning, ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning with expertise in deep learning.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API deployment.
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
