AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software that leverages machine learning to enhance creativity and productivity.

Job Description:

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-native software solutions that utilize large language models (LLMs) and other foundation models. Your primary focus will be on building high-performance search and retrieval systems, as well as evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-enabled products that fully leverage the capabilities of LLMs and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Design and implement high-performance search and retrieval systems.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science.
  • Proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray is a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code.
