Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and expert analytical skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop and maintain effective SAP Ariba solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business users to gather and analyze procurement and supply chain needs.
  • Configuration: Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, and Supplier Management.
  • Integration: Integrate SAP Ariba with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support for SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to SAP Ariba processes and functionalities.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Ariba processes and configurations.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience working with SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Ariba.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP Ariba certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI).
  • Experience in the manufacturing or [specific] industry.
