Job Title: Senior Executive

  • Collaborating with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) at the Units is crucial to enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies of employees.
  • Driving Recognition and Reward programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees is vital.
  • The position entails leading the Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Strategies to attract and retain top talent must be implemented.
  • The role includes overseeing the Onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Identifying training needs within the Unit and conducting training programs in collaboration with the corporate L&D team are key responsibilities.
