Job Title: Production Operator - API

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production facilities, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill batch manufacturing records and equipment cleaning records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • FOLLOW good manufacturing practices during operations to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Housekeeping principles.
  • Use personal protective equipment as required to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Plan and execute daily production activities in accordance with established production plans.
  • Monitor and maintain documentation, including issue and dispensing registers, to ensure data integrity.
  • Carry out processes according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) without deviation.
  • Ensure adherence to data integrity in online documentation.
  • Handle hazardous operations safely and effectively.
  • Optimize resource utilization, including utilities, manpower, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of GMP principles and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with record-keeping software.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Materials Handling and Waste Management procedures.
