Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and compelling RFP submissions.
  • Conduct engaging and informative client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules.
  • Configure Core HR/Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL/Talent Management/Compensation based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL modules to identify setup issues and resolve the issues.
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
  • Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in the various implementation phases.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
  • Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Core HR/Oracle Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL/Talent Management etc.
  • Hold demos functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including the end customer.
  • Work with offshore onshore team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules.
  • Good experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources.
  • Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect design and implement various HCM Modules.
  • Should have conducted client workshops/configuration/on the module.
  • Experience in creating workflow and security for the module.
  • Exposure to personalization.
  • Creating OTBI Reports.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred.
  • Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development).
  • Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment.
