Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join our team at INA7 EIT Services India P. Ltd [Formerly Hewlett Packard Global Soft India P].

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our cash management, treasury operations, and investment management functions.

Cash Management:

  • We require a candidate who can effectively manage our daily cash position, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Our ideal candidate will prepare comprehensive cash forecasting models to optimize cash flow and execute cash movements, including transfers, payments, intercompany settlements, and funding requirements.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with our treasury team on various tasks, including daily cash positioning and bank relationship management.

Bank Relationships:

  • We seek a candidate who can develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
  • The role involves managing banking services and fees to ensure favorable terms for our company.
  • The successful candidate will stay updated on banking products, services, and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Investment Management:

  • As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing investment strategies to optimize our excess cash.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze investment opportunities and make recommendations based on risk-return analysis.
  • Our successful candidate will monitor investment performance and provide regular reports to management.

Risk Management:

  • We require a candidate who can assess and manage financial risks, such as interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
  • The role involves staying up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage risks and ensure compliance.
  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Our ideal candidate will have proven experience (typically 4+ years) in treasury management, cash management, or a related financial role.
  • A strong knowledge of treasury systems and banking is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field and relevant certifications, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), are a plus.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
