Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team in India. The successful candidate will support global businesses with bank payments activities, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of treasury-related accounting policy application, internal controls, financial reporting, and accounting systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly payments to vendors and employees via various banking platforms.
  • Update new bank details and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Investigator Grants Payments, tracking and confirming payment details.
  • Review and process customer refund transactions and subsidiary funding.
  • Provide support to the AP, AR, and GL teams to ensure delivery of targets and provide remittance details.
  • Resolve payments-related queries and research issues with AP, AR, and GL teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or MBA in Finance.
  • 5-10 years of operational experience with international banks.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and experience in General Ledger functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
