About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of automated patch, vulnerability, and configuration compliance frameworks across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) endpoints.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in RHEL 7/8/9, strong scripting skills, and experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Red Hat Satellite.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated patch remediation for RHEL 7/8/9 systems.

  • Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, YAML) for compliance enforcement.

  • Schedule and deploy OS and application patches in a staged and controlled manner.

  • Integrate patch management with enterprise dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Develop automated remediation playbooks for CVEs and STIG/CIS benchmarks.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including IRDAI, CERT-In, and ISO27001:2022.

Requirements:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration and automation.

  • Proven experience in enterprise patch management and compliance frameworks.
