Production Director

PEARL GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LTD (PGIL) is a leading garment manufacturing company seeking an experienced Production Director to oversee our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior production management role.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance. As a Production Director, you will be responsible for managing our production team, ensuring smooth workflow, and meeting quality and delivery targets.

• Team Management: Lead a team of production supervisors, line managers, and production workers to achieve optimal performance.
• Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other productivity improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of health and safety across the factory.
• Supply Chain Management: Develop strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a seamless supply chain.

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior production management role.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, machinery, and technologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other productivity improvement methodologies.
