About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef who is passionate about baking and decorating. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department, developing new recipes, and ensuring that all pastries meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

About You:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in the culinary industry.
• You have excellent leadership skills and are able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
• You have a strong attention to detail and are able to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• You are creative and innovative, with a passion for baking and decorating.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry department and develop new recipes.
• Ensure that all pastries meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
