About the Role

This senior technical support position offers a unique opportunity to excel in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) security and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. As a Staff Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers and partners, focusing on AI Access Security and SaaS Security.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level technical support to customers and partners, addressing complex issues related to AI app adoption and SaaS application security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate problems associated with the secure implementation of GenAI apps and the protection of SaaS applications.
  • Offer best practices and configurations to optimize security solutions for customers, ensuring their safety and efficiency.
  • Manage and resolve support cases efficiently, providing timely follow-up and resolution to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues, providing clear documentation and updates to stakeholders.
  • Author and publish informative Technical Support Bulletins and other knowledge base documentation to aid customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and customer success, contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI security solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to expedite resolution of critical situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide on-call support when necessary to address urgent customer needs and ensure continuity of service.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in AI security and SaaS solutions, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in the cybersecurity industry, is highly desirable.
