About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Learning Content will oversee end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects globally. This position requires managing complex situations with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key qualifications for this role include being detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. This is a demanding role that requires experience in e-learning/EdTech, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work effectively within virtual teams across geographies, manage project metrics, and oversee budgets to prevent deviations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions and ensure transparent communication.
  • Implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation.
  • C coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs; foster motivation and high performance within the team.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
