Job Title: Technical Subject Matter Expert

Seeking seasoned professionals to craft, review, and deliver premium learning content for our eLearning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging course materials based on assigned topics.
  • Provide clear explanations of complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Review and fact-check content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to structure courses into modules and lessons.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Subject Areas Include:

  • Data Engineering & Big Data: Data Flows, dbt, Airflow, Spark, Delta Lake, Data Lakes/Warehouses, SQL, ETL, Schema Design, Git, CI/CD.
  • Data Science & AI/ML: ML Experimentation, Transformers, Multimodal AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Model Deployment, MLOps.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Microservices, Cloud Cost Optimization, Security Guardrails.
  • Business Analytics & Product Analytics: SQL Mastery, A/B Testing, Funnel Analysis, PowerBI Dashboards, Google Analytics.
  • Finance & Accounting: Invoicing, AP/AR, Payroll, GAAP, SAP, QuickBooks, Financial Statements.
  • Digital Marketing & Growth: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Strategy, HubSpot, Campaign Management, KPI Tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree or specialized certifications.
  • Proven industry experience (3–5 years+) in the respective subject area.
  • Prior teaching or eLearning content creation experience is an added advantage.
