Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management, and investment monitoring process for a portfolio of clients.

This role involves working closely with investment and custodian teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of analysts across different processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management, and investment monitoring process for a portfolio of clients.
  • Preparing month and quarterly performance reports for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Delegated Solution plans.
  • Analyzing the performance of different investment options and overall plans.
  • Communicating with investment and custodian teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of analysts across different processes.
Requirements
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Graduate (B.com, BBA or equivalent)/ Master's degree in finance (in addition to accounting, economics, or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM preferred.
  • Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India.
  • Computations of returns (money weighted / time weighted) for Defined Benefit and NFP clients.
  • Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies and performance attribution.
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint).
