UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise: Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • User Research: Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Motion Design: Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
