The successful candidate will lead audits and risk assessments across various regions, ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls and risk management practices. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, controllership, and audit, to ensure that our JSOX controls are designed and operating effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits and risk assessments to identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, auditors, and external partners
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving internal controls and risk management practices
  • Collaborate with regional leads to execute and improve the JSOX program
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with a strong background in JSOX or US SOX compliance. A Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI and/or CPA certification is essential. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
