About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead audits and risk assessments across various regions, ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls and risk management practices. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, controllership, and audit, to ensure that our JSOX controls are designed and operating effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audits and risk assessments to identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, auditors, and external partners
- Develop and implement strategies for improving internal controls and risk management practices
- Collaborate with regional leads to execute and improve the JSOX program
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with a strong background in JSOX or US SOX compliance. A Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI and/or CPA certification is essential. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
