About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead our team of developers and drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative .net, angular, and SQL Server based solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze project requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Technology Advancement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their integration into existing projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .net Framework: Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming.
  • Angular Development: Strong experience with angular and typescript for frontend development.
  • SQL Server Expertise: Expertise in sql server, including database design, optimization, and stored procedures.
  • Web Development Technologies: Solid understanding of web development technologies such as html, css, and javascript.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading a development team and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast paced environments.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in .NET, Angular, or SQL Server are a plus.
