Product Designer - Crafting Exceptional User Experiences

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative, user-centric products.

  • Oversight of end-to-end design for multiple products;
  • Crafting and maintaining scalable design systems across 50+ apps;
  • Establishing consistency with Figma variables, Auto Layout, Color Tokens, and Typography Rules;
  • Designing engaging micro-interactions that enhance user experience;
  • Translating human interface guidelines and material design principles into practical solutions;
  • Collaboration with developers to bring designs to life in production;
  • Mentorship of junior designers, sharing best practices, and reviewing work to raise the bar;
  • Balancing speed with quality: shipping fast and continuously improving.

We Expect:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX;
  • A portfolio showcasing real products, not just concepts;
  • Advanced skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Prototyping);
  • In-depth knowledge of typography and color systems – details matter;
  • Comfort with multi-platform design (iOS, Android, Web);
  • Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website design tools;
  • Ability to scale design systems across multiple apps without compromising personality;
  • Strong understanding of human interface guidelines and material design principles;
  • Clear communication skills – explain design choices simply.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with UX research, user testing, and data-driven design;
  • Motion design or advanced prototyping capabilities;
  • Knowledge of design tokens and automation workflows.
