We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the Life Sciences industry.

This role involves working closely with clients to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans that drive sales excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with expertise in IC design and implementation, call planning, and targeting strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals, design IC plans, and implement admin processes for sales fields.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports using SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Support call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health check to support clients with sales ops activities.
