Albumin Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to guide our team in designing and scaling manufacturing processes for Albumin.

This role requires expertise in technology selection, facility setup, and equipment procurement to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as cGMP, FDA, EMA, DCGI, ICH, and WHO guidelines.

The ideal candidate will support the development of quality assurance and quality control systems and mentor internal teams to build long-term organisational expertise.

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions that meet business objectives.

Beyond your technical skills, we seek a professional who can lead by example, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and drive results-oriented initiatives.

  • Required Skills:
  • Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in biologics manufacturing, with specific expertise in Albumin and Immunoglobulins
  • Proven track record in large-scale plasma fractionation or recombinant protein production
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, DCGI, ICH, WHO)
  • Strong leadership qualities with the potential to scale into a Director role
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience engaging with regulatory authorities
  • Familiarity with intellectual property, licensing, and compliance in biologics
  • Knowledge of market access and global trade regulations
