  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve efficiency.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the legal team to streamline processes and resolve complex client requirements.

Requirements: Strong understanding of contract law, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in legal research tools and software.
