Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with business and finance planners to ensure timely completion of month-end close processes.

  • Post accruals and reclasses in accordance with established timelines.
  • Prepare management reports on actual monthly results and variances for assigned FSVs.
  • Support forecasting, annual planning, business analysis, and strategic business planning initiatives.
  • Collate and analyze data for financial analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support for business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • CA qualification or semi-qualification.
