Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning and experience with SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning, including process management and technology-agnostic expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful SAP IBP solutions for customer organizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery Teams to drive growth in Services business around IBP, leveraging the consultant's expertise to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior team members in IBP implementation projects, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the organization.
  • Contribute to building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP, driving innovation and efficiency gains across the supply chain.
Key Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Engineering, MBA, MTech, or MS in Operations Management SCM is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP IBP, as well as familiarity with SCOR model and technology-agnostic expertise.
  • Prior experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions is also beneficial.
Favorable Qualifications
  • A deep process understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning, including hands-on experience in implementing complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with multiple industries (e.g., CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences) and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of all SAP IBP modules, with expertise in IBP for Sales and Operations Planning.
  • Detailed knowledge of end-to-end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries, including design workshops, user acceptance testing, and business user training sessions.
