">Job Description

We're seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our performance marketing efforts. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for overseeing Meta Ads and Google ads, creating and optimizing campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and driving innovation through new campaign ideas.

Our high-performing team is dedicated to helping Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands accelerate growth through strategic execution and innovation. If you possess exceptional digital marketing skills, a creative approach, and the ability to think strategically, we'd love to hear from you

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google ads for performance marketing.
  • Develop, execute, and refine campaigns across various channels to achieve maximum ROAS.
  • Drive innovation by conceptualizing new campaign ideas and sharing them with the team.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to craft best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Install (CPI) on a daily basis and prepare performance reports.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • A proven track record of managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
