Executive Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Leasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and increasing occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
- Create and manage listings on property portals.
- Run digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and reach.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred, for local travel).
