Enterprise SCCM Engineer Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Enterprise SCCM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support large-scale SCCM infrastructure at the server level, encompassing installation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Assume responsibility for server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3 SCCM issues in server environments with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in enterprise-level SCCM server administration.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.
  • Expert knowledge of patching, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues at the L3 level.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with international teams.
