Key Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and international trust concepts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience working with trust and estate law.

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, producing all necessary legal documents and ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio, liaising with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and legal counsel.
  • Provide legal research and analysis for structuring trusts and commercial entities, as well as pragmatic solutions for implementing trust and commercial structures.
  • Develop and maintain voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries, ensuring that all stakeholders are serviced well.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving financial chargeability targets, ensuring effective monitoring of transactions, and handling pricing, invoicing, and payment issues. They will also support the Local Management Team, Client Acceptance Committee, and Compliance in finding commercial solutions to onboarding and ongoing client administration/service.
