Job Title: Duck Creek Insights Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Duck Creek Insights Developer to join our team at GlobTech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data extraction logic from Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims to Insights module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data extraction logic from Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims to Insights module.
  • Collaborate with the business and DWH team to understand data and reporting requirements.
  • Design technical solutions to meet business and compliance needs.
  • Work with the business group to understand reporting requirements and configure them within Duck Creek Insights.
  • Estimate delivery solutions and timelines.
  • Perform unit-level testing of data models developed.
  • Fix development defects within defined TAT.
  • Comply with information security requirements and plan for closure of NCs.
  • Deploy and propagate developed code to live environments.
  • Guide developers to technically develop requirements within Duck Creek application.
  • Update dashboard reports and take proactive actions to address delays.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT, Infra, and Information Security teams.
  • Coordinate with auditors for system audits.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in the General Insurance industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server/Oracle DB, XML, and SSIS packages.
  • Good understanding of General Insurance industry terminologies.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Education:

MCA/BE Computers.
