Automation Performance Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Performance Testing Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.

  • The successful candidate will have over 8 years of total experience in software testing, with at least 3.5 to 5 years of experience in automation and performance testing.
  • They will possess proven leadership skills, having successfully led and mentored QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
  • The Automation Performance Testing Specialist will be proficient in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and similar test execution and monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python, is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
  • Monitoring and reporting QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators, is also a key responsibility.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams, is necessary.
  • Banking domain experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution is essential for success in this role.
