About This Role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team.

  • Design and implement system solutions that meet customer needs in a market positioning perspective.
  • Develop effective end-to-end solutions, through high and low-level design of architecture.
  • Maintain solution integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets client requirements.
  • Work across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate an effective solution in specialized domains to meet customer's requirements and outcomes.
  • Solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions with business impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in the telecom industry with a background in engineering or an equivalent degree.
  • Technical experience in Cloud-Native, Microservices, and Virtualization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and VMware.
  • Ability to design scalable solutions using Cloud-Native principles, with strong analytical and debugging skills to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with secure protocols (TLS/DTLS/SSH), encryption methodologies, and ciphers, ensuring robust security in cloud and telecom environments.

We also look for candidates who have:

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, data transformation, and API integrations, supporting seamless interoperability across telecom solutions.
