Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  2. Drive sales of treasury and risk management products, including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  3. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  4. Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and advice to clients.
  5. Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  6. Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  7. Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales or Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
  • MBA or Graduate degree.
