Treasury Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage our corporate cash activities, reconcile bank accounts, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

• Cash Management: Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash projection process.
• Reporting: Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
• Banking Operations: Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
• Treasury Accruals: Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
• Journal Entries: Enter journal entries into NetSuite.
• Achieve Compliance: Act as administrator for online banking and credit card portals.
• Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC): Prepare weekly and monthly BBC.
• Compliance Reporting: Compile and upload files for monthly compliance reporting to relevant authorities.
• Account Analysis: Review JPMorgan and Fifth Third account analysis for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with banks.
• Banking Supplies: Order bank supplies for stores as needed.
• Audit Documentation: Prepare audit documentation related to loans or banking requests.
• Treasury Budget: Support preparation of treasury-related budget items.
• New Store Openings: Manage all banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
