Chief Digital Engagement Officer

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies our brand presence, fosters community engagement, and drives business growth. As Chief Digital Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
    • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Editing:
    • Design and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
    • Ensure all content reflects our brand identity and storytelling.
  • Copywriting & Communication:
    • Craft compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.
    • Adapt messaging for different audience segments (investors, homebuyers, community members).
  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
    • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around our projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
