Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. This involves monitoring accounts, achieving assigned collection targets, and mitigating financial risks.


This position requires a proactive approach to customer management, regular contact with existing clients, and adherence to laid-down processes. The successful candidate should be able to work under challenging environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.


Key responsibilities include managing daily visit targets, maintaining a high level of communication skills, negotiation skills, market industry knowledge, and in-depth knowledge of collections policy and procedures. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong execution excellence, customer-centricity, and the ability to foster synergy within the team.


Essential qualifications for this role include a 12th pass graduate degree and specialized job competencies such as communication skill, negotiation skill, market industry knowledge, and knowledge of collections policy and procedures. Hiring parameters include having patience, being comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and possessing a two-wheeler license.
