Our team is looking for a highly skilled Electronics Hardware Specialist to join our electronics design team. As an active member of the team, you will assist the project leader in requirements management, electronics circuit design, analysis, implementation & testing of aerospace electronics products/printed circuit cards.

Key responsibilities include electronics component selection, analog & digital circuit design & schematic entry. You will also conduct circuit analysis for tolerance, power, thermal & worst-case analysis etc., and layout guidelines & interface with layout engineer for implementation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for board bring up & testing, environmental testing, process, quality & program compliance. You will support technical decisions on design and implementation during product HW development and participate in critical high-level and low-level design reviews.

As an Electronics Hardware Specialist, you will analyze and identify the root cause(s) of problems and develop alternatives to solve them. You will use your technical capability and significant problem-solving analysis to establish the most effective solution for complex problems that involve interaction of several technical disciplines.

Responsibilities also include exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria within a related function/field. You will generate, evaluate, select, and implement solutions that are equal to the industry's state-of-the-art.

Requirements include a BE/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree with 7-8 years of experience in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Power Electronics. Good understanding of electronics hardware involving digital/microprocessor circuits fundamentals, power, and EMI circuits is required.

Skills include electrical design experience with High-Speed Digital or Mixed Signal Design, practical experience in Analysis/Troubleshooting, ability to simplify circuits and explain underlying concepts clearly, and ability to provide technical guidance and leadership at project context.

A bachelor's degree in electronics engineering and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in working in matrix org structure with solid/dotted line reporting is beneficial.
