Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Language Data and Quality Analyst with proficiency in Marathi to research and analyze complex datasets, providing actionable insights for business improvement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, strong logical and analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data trends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Manipulating data batches, applying labeling techniques, and ensuring high accuracy
  • Overseeing the quality of training data, identifying issues or anomalies, and implementing corrective measures
  • Providing contextual understanding and translations to ensure data alignment with language and cultural nuances

Desired qualifications include experience in data analysis, manipulation, or quality assurance, particularly in technology or related fields, as well as a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and staying updated with new advancements in AI technologies.

Required skills include proficiency in both English and Marathi, excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills, experience with data analysis and manipulation techniques, and strong attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Must have own device (laptop/desktop)
  • Currently hiring for Freelance/Task-based (ranging from 0 to 20 hours a week)
  • Candidate must be available in IST (preferred 8am IST onwards)
  • Must have access to good Wi-Fi connection during working hours
  • This role is a 1099 independent contractor position

Compensation:
