Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This high-profile position requires strong civil engineering expertise and a proven track record in driving multiple projects across civil and infrastructure domains.

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for cross-functional teams including Quantity Surveying (QS), technical specialists, and procurement experts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Mentor and manage high-performing teams, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in project management, aligning with industry standards such as PMI.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and executive updates on project risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of progressive experience in project management, and a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive performance through effective team management, result-oriented leadership, and strategic decision-making.
